Our stay at Edge Water room 501 started out not so well. But I must say SPI did a fantastic job in making every effort in fixing a few issues that we had experienced. Their customer service and the people who were involved were the best. I wish other companies would take note and learned from SPI what true customer service looks like.
That you SPI and employees who made our stay a success. The Condo it self is a bit dated could use some sprucing up but was very comfortable. The view was absolutely perfect.
