Bayfront w-docks & fish 3 Patios Prime Location

The location is ideal for both adults and kids. The pool is next to the fishing pier, so whether someone in the family wants to fish or swim in the pool, they are within reach. The bay fishing was the best part along with the beautiful sunsets. Having the entertainment of the amusement park and alot of popular restraunts at walking distances was a major plus! 👌

The apartment we stayed at was Excellent. Newly remodeled, very clean and very spacious and the view of the nightlife and morning bay was beautiful. One of the set backs however was the complex. There is need for alot of maintenance. The flooring needs painting or tile. The elevator needs to be remodeled or at least inspected. I believe the inspection date was a past a year. The laundry room needs an upgrade and the pier needs to be cleaned more often. There was fishing gear and fish remains from previous fishers that wasn't cleaned in the time we were there. The last thing was the barbque area was not properly equipped. Although there is an assigned area you would need to take your own pit.
