3 Minute Walk to Beach 2

We had to share parking with another family, it is not a single family dwelling. I missed my boat for viewing dolphins because the other family left children alone and no one to move their car from behind mine. I had already paid :( The shared shower leaked all over the fuzzy carpet everytime someone showered. That was really gross. You get out of the shower and flash the neighbors in the other shower, the window is too low, I'm five ft three. There were sugar ants. I didn't know I would have to use stairs. The A/C automatically starts getting hotter during the night. The washer held plenty but then the dryer could only dry three towels at a time. One shelf in the fridge is broken and drops the items in it. Kitchen pans too small for 12 people. Had to but utensils and dish soap, trash bags, hand soap, etc... Scary street. Paper thin walls, loud neighborhood, no pool. The closeness to the beach is nice but for all those problems the price was too high. The little things to make you comfortable weren't there.

We were so impressed with the condo! It was so spacious, plenty of room for everyone and all of their stuff. The pool table was a big hit with everyone and the backyard deck was a nice touch! The cherry on top was that you could see the firework show from the backyard and the front yard without having to travel. Hands-down, the best part. The only downfall and complaint that people had that were with us, was that the Jack and Jill shower was incredibly cramped if you weren’t a small teenager. But overall, we were so satisfied with all of the space, accommodations, and the condo in general! We will definitely book again. Owner was super helpful and fast to respond. Thanks for a little slice of heaven !

The place was very nice and roomy! Lots of space for my kids to have fun. They enjoyed the pool table. They also like the short walk to the beach.

Overall, as mentioned in other reviews, the property was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location to the beach and other shops! The rooms were big and the pool table was a big hit with the family! The patio was a nice addition as well but we didn’t use it during our particular trip. In regards to the issues, there were a few that really hindered the enjoyment of the vacation. The master bedroom main light did not work so we had to resort to using a small lamp in the room or the vanity light. The refrigerator was set to max coolness and yet it took about 24 hours for food and drinks to actually be cool. The light in the half bath did not work and would require you to flip the switch numerous times just to get it to turn on. The washer and dryer provided in the unit was a nice touch but the washer did not complete the spin cycle so once the washer said it was done, the clothes were still soaking wet and we had to wring them out. The dryer did not work as we tried to dry the same load 3 times and ended up taking wet clothes back home. As requested per check out requirements, we attempted to take out all trash but we were only provided one trash bag for each bathroom and the main kitchen trash can. The same occurred with toilet paper, there was only two extra rolls in the entire house. We had 6 adults and 4 kids for a 4 day 3 night stay so had to go out of pocket to buy additional trash bags and toilet paper. In regards to the patio, I was informed the day of check in that there were 2 new propane grills that we could utilize, so we bought a propane tank to only find out neither grill worked. We assumed it was the tank as the grills were advertised as new but tested the tank back home and it works. Also, the external shower to rinse off did not work. Lastly, as mentioned by numerous reviews, the AC is a problem at the house with only 1 of the double Queen rooms being cold and the other rooms being significantly hot. We checked all the vents and they were open but the air flow was still lacking. We ended up buying a box fan for that room to help achieve some comfort. If you do plan to rent during the hottest part of the summer, I would suggest not cooking inside as it just made the house even hotter. With the following experience, it was a good price for the middle of July! If you need a close spot to the beach and you enjoy playing pool stay here. But if you want working amenities, I would suggest paying a bit more and looking elsewhere.
