Appartement confortable, bien équipé et bonne literie.
L'hôte avait pris soin de mettre à disposition des produits pour le petit déjeuner ( biscottes, brochettes, confiture, café, lait ...), ainsi que des bouteilles d'eau.
Choix de commerces à proximité immédiate : divers supermarchés, boulangerie, halles où vous trouverez bouchers, fruitiers ...
La disponibilité et la réactivité de Luigi, le propriétaire.
Contrairement à ce que laisse entendre le nom du logement " casa del sole", j'ai trouvé le logement trop sombre.
Un nettoyage de la terrasse et de son mobilier aurait été également apprécié.
L'environnement extérieur de l'appartement, quartier pas très propre et pas d'animations, y compris au abord de la plage.

Квартира расположена в жилом тихом районе Лидо ди Остио, мы получили уникальный опыт проживания среди итальянцев, слушая разговоры соседей, обменивающихся друг с другом новостями, в то время как мы попивали утренний кофе на просторной террасе квартиры.
Синьор Луиджи и его семья очень доброжелательны и гостеприимны, в квартире нашлось все необходимое для комфортного проживание и даже больше: комплементарные кофе, корзинка с хлебом и джемами, бутылки прохладной воды на кухне, и ( такое редко встречается даже в отелях) гель для интимной гигиены ванной комнате. Нас сориентировали по району, «вкусным» местам и магазинам; Луиджи помог нам организовать трансфер в аэропорт, за что ему отдельное спасибо!
Пешком до моря ок 10 минут, до центра города 30 пешком или 10 мин на автобусе. До достопримечательностей Рима ок 1,5 часов на общественном транспорте. Мы прекрасно провели время в Лидо ди Остио! Благодарим за гостеприимство!
Хорошо бы иметь посудомоечную машину, пожалуй, на отдыхе не хватало только ее (для полного удовлетворения)!
