Sensationelle Lage sehr nah am Strand, Bäcker fürs Frühstück unten im Haus. Gastgeberin stand uns per Chat und Telefon bei unseren technischen Schwierigkeiten zur Seite und löste Problem mit dem Internet stante pede. Tolles Badezimmer, alles sehr sauber.
Ein rechtzeitiger Hinweis darauf, dass die Touristenabgabe online gezahlt werden muss, hätte mir geholfen, zumal ich Zahlungen ungern über das Handy abwickele. Weg zum Bahnhof ist ein bisschen weit mit Gepäck.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma davvero ben ristrutturato.
È composto da un salotto che funge anche da camera da letto tramite un divano letto matrimoniale e al bisogno anche un secondo letto singolo pieghevole... il letto risulta piuttosto comodo e sono forniti diversi cuscini oltre a tutte le lenzuola.
Il bagno è bello e pulito, al suo interno oltre alle salviette anche un bel phon potente.
La cucina è minimal ma con tutto quello che serve , un bel frigorifero nuovo e grande completa l'ambiente.
Al nostro arrivo è stato lasciato 1 litro di latte e un bel cesto di merendine e marmellate per la colazione...una cosa molto apprezzata!
La posizione è fantastica,a due passi dal lungomare e a tantissimi servizi come farmacia,negozio,bar,tabaccheria ecc.
A pochi km di distanza anche la stazione di Ostia Lido centro che con 2 cambi ti porta fino in centro a Roma in circa 45 minuti
Non ci sono tapparelle/persiane/tende oscuranti alle finestre ...di notte o di mattina presto può dare fastidio la luce che entra dalle finestre...
