We are happy with the stay. The room is clean & spacious. The view is nice, but too bad we do not have enough time to enjoy the swimming pool. Definitely will stay there again.

Very cosy and a nice apartment with a very nice view overlooking a lake area. A cuckoo water dispenser, washing machine & dryer is also provided

Bathrooms got no handrails for old folks and floor can be bit slippery

Its a very nice and peaceful area.

Property not being cleaned properly before we checked in, washing machine was leaking, we have to bring our laundry to Laundrette, There is no proper sauce pan and kitchen tools available, only one scratchy small sauce pan. Air conditioner in master bedroom not working properly. Although letting agent/owner send someone out, but we cant wait around and wasted our time on maintenance of the property since it should be checked and done before our checked-in. Most importantly, there is no toilet rolls in the property. Despite we mentioned it, we didnt get it until the second evening after we checked in. This is not the first time we stay in Emerald Hill, but this time really disappointed. Also, keys were stored in a unlocked letter box, making me wonder, how many people could have access to the keys and how safe it is for this property
