Room was a good size and the shower had good temperature and water pressure. We liked the view and the tv was good too.
Check in is very late (3:00pm) especially considering checkout is very early (11:00am) and you are already paying a high price for this accommodation. Additionally, amenities that are usually included are not here e.g. luggage storage and check in even slightly early. We waited almost an hour to even reach the front of the queue at 3:00pm to check in and were greeted by a rude member of staff with a lot of attitude. Do not give your deposit by card - it takes forever and the staff don’t even know how to do it themselves. Once we had paid our deposit we were just left waiting at the desk with no further instructions before the couple behind us checked in and were told to go to the key card dispenser and we realised that’s what we needed to do as well. That was fine but is a bit unnecessary considering there is a front desk with staff?? THEN a different member of staff came up to us to explain the breakfast ordering system before we could go to our room (which we were not directed to in any way). The room was through some doors (that looked like they shouldn’t be opened) and was hard to find. The actual room was fine - air con didn’t work at first so it was very hot for a few hours but the view was good. The pan was very dirty - brown/black on the bottom and we found a few bugs in the bathroom. The bin is also really small so will probably be filled up within a day (and they don’t come and empty it for you). This attracted a lot of bugs into our room so wasn’t very pleasant. We ordered breakfast for 8am the next day which arrived at 8:40 and wasn’t great. The next day we also ordered breakfast for 8am which arrived at 9am (both of these were room service). The location was also a bit rubbish - very far from everything. Considering we searched for KLCC as the location (and this came up) we were disappointed. Grabs are also difficult to get from here and cost a lot.
