Beautiful property, in beautiful grounds and fantastic location with lots of pubs, cafes and walks on the doorstep. Amazing welcome basket with fresh bed, jam, butter, milk, cereals, tea and coffee. We bumped into the host and his dog in the garden, both lovely and very welcoming. Will definitely stay again!

The attic studio was perfect for a weekend getaway. The welcome basket was such a lovely surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the house was very grand.

Beautiful location less than 10 minute walk to the centre. Room was very nice and comfortable with everything we needed, including fresh milk and bread which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about the attic room was excellent. Super tidy. Great touch from hosts leaving bread, butter and jams we enjoyed for our Breakfast. The location is exceptional for the village of uppermill which ahs plenty of Pubs and restaurants and everything you need for your stay. Short drives to some fabulous walks,would defintely recommend Dovestone reservoir, nice and steady, ideal for first ime walkers. We will be going back, excellent end to our Christmas.
