The location and the size of the apartment. It was fully equipped with all the appliances.
There was no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. There was no detergent for the dishes. I had to buy myself both. The worse about this apartment was the corridor to reach it and worst of all the lack of windows in the living room.

i due pacchetti con le fette biscottate tutte sbriciolate erano inutili. O si mette una confezione nuova oppure meglio non mettere nulla. Se ci fossero state almeno due cialde caffè di benvenuto sarebbe stato top!

The property was modern, clean & in a excellent location. We could literally walk to most places and it allowed us to explore Milan the way we hoped to. Public transport links were also very accessible.
The only thing that we didn’t like was that the heater was not working, so it did get pretty cold at night and we couldn’t get the heaters to work.
