きれいで、充分なスペースがありました。チェックインの時に、宿のご主人が、メッセージと宿の設備や鍵の使い方等の説明を日本語で用意してくれていてスマホで音声付きで見せてくれました。
とても感じの良いオーナー（中国人とイタリア人のミックスとのこと）でした。
チャイナタウンとありますが、日本の中華街とは違い、イタリア色も濃いですし、近くに日本のうどんやラーメンの店、韓国料理の店もありましたし、夜になるとイタリア人で賑わうバールやトラットリアもありました。
近くにバス停もあるし12〜3分歩けばメトロの駅（ジェルザレンメ駅）もあるので乗り放題の切符を買うとあちこちに行くことができます。
歩いて5分もかからないところにスーパーもありました。
チェックインを早くできないかお願いしたら快く受けてくれました。

Roxanne ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die für jegliche Fragen und Services zur Verfügung steht. Sie und ihr Mann geben sich sehr viel Mühe und deswegen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Great location, busy street of Chinatown loads of places to eat and hang out. The host was amazing very accommodating and met us to exchange the keys. She provided us with water and tea and coffee which was a lovely touch.
The only downside which wasn’t the host fault and could just be the neighbours at that time, but they neighbours were loud.
