The position is excellent, in the middle of both movida and main necessary shops like food stores, bakeries, farmacies, parking, restaurants, bars, ecc..
Too small for 4 persons. For 2 persons is perfect. The bathroom is too small and the shower difficult to use. The kitchen is niche and comfortable. We would have expected more in terms of cleaning of towels and other stuffs.
