This is a very cozy, well equipped, clean apartment on the inner quiet side of the building complex. But once you are out the door, you are close to everything. Great location that was buzzing come weekend. If you are coming for the marathon like we did, start line is less than 5 minutes away. If you work remotely, we had no issues with wifi, it was excellent. Restaurants and shops are just down the stairs. Check in was also convenient with all the instructions online.

Lovely stay! The flat was very clean, had lots of nice amenities, and the access instructions were very helpful and easy to understand. Location was very good, lots of interesting restaurants and things to see within a 5-10 minute walking radius.

There was no alternative fire escape to the main stairwell/main entrance, other than jumping off a balcony (not convinced we'd have survived the fall :) ). If there had been a fire in the corridor outside the flat, there would have been no escape. I know this isn't the host's fault, but it would have been appreciated if this was noted in advance (though, maybe I am a fool for expecting all properties will have the same fire safety measures I am used to in the UK!). Also no obvious fire exit signs anywhere, which was not encouraging, nor was there any obvious information on what to do in a fire/where to go (might not be required in Italy, but definitely made us Brits a bit on edge!) Didn't feel entirely confident with the electrics, the fridge made a unusual buzzing noise and the toaster tripped the circuit when we plugged it in (might have been broken). There was a fire extinguisher, though!

Buona posizione, ma difficoltà di parcheggio.

La pulizia non era impeccabile. Difficoltà ad entrare nello stabile per recuperare le chiavi. Dotazioni scarse: un solo rotolo di scottex già iniziato. Mancanza asciugamani bidet. Riscaldamento solo con condizionatore, termosifone in bagno spento. Tostapane e induzione fanno saltare la corrente elettrica.
