Powder Tower Residence

Jedyny minus to brak klimatyzacji, który spowodował że musieliśmy spać przy otwartych oknach, a niestety w nocy było bardzo dużo pijanych i głośnych osób, które ciągle nas budziły.

Appartement magnifique, spacieux, très propre. Terrasse avec vue sur la ville. Calme et très bien placé pour visiter Prague à pieds. Réception à l’écoute et très disponible.

Everything was perfect except...

The only issue was the incorrect location provided on Booking.com. We had our suspicions, so immediately before walking to the apartment, I called the property to confirm the address. I specifically asked whether I should go to that location and where the reception was, but I was assured that the information listed was correct. We then walked there in the scorching heat with all our luggage. When we arrived and realized we were lost, we called several times but were initially ignored. Eventually, we were told that the actual location was “three minutes away,” although it was closer to ten minutes—and, in fact, near our original starting point. We ended up walking in a full loop for no reason. I genuinely don’t understand why the reception address wasn’t clearly provided in the booking information, or why they didn’t give us the correct directions when I specifically asked about it before setting off. This could have been easily avoided. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Location was good and the apartment was huge.

- Bedside reading light - Bin in the bedrooms so you don't have to leave the room to throw things away - receiving so many requests about checking in and then not being given exact instructions about having to check-in at a different location to the accomodation.
