Lovely and clean. Nice and quite and easy to get to from Wellington.

External access to the room was helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was warm and sunny in the afternoons. It was great to have a desk to work at. Having a separate bathroom from the property owner was appreciated.
It felt awkward using the property owners kitchen, dining and lounge area as there was no microwave, fridge or electric jug provided in the room. We were also advised that we were not able to cook food.
