It is not suitable for accommodation during the winter.

The rooms were large and spacious. The location was good.

I stayed there in January, and the central heating was not working. The only heating options were the air conditioning and an electric heater (as the host had stated) however the house still did not warm up. The electric heater repeatedly caused the fuse to trip. In addition, some appliances were old; for example, the refrigerator did not cool properly. It was stated that there was parking, but later the host emailed to say that there was no parking

I will be staying again in the future!

The host was extremely polite and friendly. We had a great communication throughout our stay. The flat is on the fourth floor with a nice veranda to sit out and spend time and relax. Very well located within walking distance (around 15 mins) from the seafront. Parking was not an issue.

A second WC would have been great as there were 6 of us, but that was not really an issue. A couple of minor little things that didn't really make that much of a difference.

Η διαμονή μας στο Panoramic View Axd ήταν εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή παρέες. Τα δωμάτια είναι άνετα, το σαλόνι φωτεινό και η κουζίνα διαθέτει όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι είναι πραγματικά μοναδική – πανοραμική στην πόλη και τη θάλασσα, ειδικά το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική, κοντά στο κέντρο, στην αγορά και στην παραλιακή, ενώ δίπλα υπάρχουν super market, καφέ και εστιατόρια. Το σπίτι προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις, Wi-Fi, πλυντήριο ρούχων και προϊόντα περιποίησης, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ήσυχο, άνετο και με υπέροχη θέα — σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Çok temizdi. Salonda ve 3 yatak odasının birinde klima vardı. Evde her şey düşünülmüş. Havlular yeterli. Banyoda ıslak mendil, pamuk dahi var. Kullanmak isteyen için çamaşır makinesi var.

Apartamento bien de precio para familias o grupos.

El apartamento era muy amplio, todas las habitaciones con camas comodísimas, con una cocina amplia y con todo el menaje. El precio estuvo muy bien, calidad, precio muy acorde. Lo que más me gustó es, los pequeños detalles del propietario/a, unos dulces, una fruta. En el baño no te faltaba un detalle para que no te hiciera falta de nada. Café... un poco de todo y en eso mi agradecimiento.

Puedo decir que el piso al ser tan amplio hacia mucho frío los primeros días hasta que se calentó con los aires y tuvimos problemas con ellos porque saltaban si se ponían varios, por lo que pasamos frío en la habitación. Por último, el portal daba muy mala imagen, yo lo hablaría con el presidente de la comunidad, cómo consejo, las bicis tiradas en la puerta y la puerta de aluminio que cerraba mal y daba poca seguridad, dejando abierto el portal día y noche. El apartamento no estaba muy bien señalizado y nos costó al principio encontrar. No es por criticar sino para intentar aconsejar al propietario/a qué por su parte se notaba que todo estaba con cariño. Un poco lejos de la zona del paseo marítimo.
