A wonderful apartment, very comfortable even during the winter.

The apartment has an excellent location. I personally had no problem parking on the street right in front of the building. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and comfortably accommodates six adults. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We stayed in January and I can say that the heating is excellent, making the apartment warm and cozy. For the price we paid, I have no complaints and I would definitely recommend it.

Good location with close proximity to the city center. Walking distance to the restaurants, pastries, cafes and shopping area. Very clean apartment with everything you may need for a stay. Very helpful staff.

If you have a car, parking is an issue. Difficult to find a space for your car around the apartment. We had to park our car in a distant place and needed to walk to the apartment.

Great place to stay in Alexandropoli for groups

The owner communicated with us promptly and coordinated our check-in. It is a renovated and big sized apartment, easily accessible from the center of the city, suitable for groups.. Nearby parking on street is possible. Beds, linen and towels are all good quality. There is AC in every room. Kitchen has many utilities although we did not need them. We forgot our charger but the owner was kind enough to organize its return.
