Odalar geniş ve yataklar rahattı. Ev sahipleri çok dost canlısı ve samimi insanlardı. Bahçeden topladıkları inciri ikram etmeleri ayrı bir güzellikti.
Banyo küveti ve aksesuarları eski kalmış yenilenebilir. Ayrıca klima sadece salonda mevcut. Odalarda ise pervane var. Belki klima sayısı arttırılabilir.

Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve sorularımıza hızlıca cevap verdi. Daire temiz ve sessiz bir konumdaydı, merkeze de yürüme mesafesinde. 3 yatak odasıyla kalabalık gruplar için ideal ve uygun fiyatlıydı.
Eşyalar biraz eskiydi ve içecek bir şeyler olsa iyi olurdu. (Çay, kahve vb.)
