İki aile olarak evi kiralayıp konakladık. Ev genel olarak oldukça temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. İki aile için de yeterli alan ve imkânlar mevcuttu. Konumunun uygun olması ve evin ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılaması sayesinde keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Fenere yaklaşık 10dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otoparkk sıkıntısı yaşamadık. Sokaklarda genellikle boş yerler vardı. Ev sahibi de ilgili ve yardımcıydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.
Banyolarda duş kısımları açık olduğundan banyo yapınca bayağı ıslanıyor. İlave camekan olması önerilebilir.

Geniş aileler için gayet ideal. 2 farklı banyo ve tuvaletinin olması da gayet iyi oldu. Her camda sineklik var, mutfak kullanışlı, özellikle yatakları ve yastıkları çok konforluydu.
Banyolardaki zemin giderleri iyi değil. Küvetli banyoda duş alırken su yere çok fazla akıyor. Zemin gideri iyi yapılmadığından çekpas veya fırça ile temizlemek gerekli. Diğer banyoda da yine yere su geldiğinde zemin gideri iyi olmadığından onu da temizlemek gerekiyor.
