A great night’s sleep and the perfect hosts.

This a lovely apartment with everything you need and the warmest welcome from the hosts. Two of the nicest people we’ve met! Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay very pleasant indeed. We had the best night’s stay during our time in Italy and can’t wait to return.

Struttura accogliente, spaziosa e molto confortevole. Il centro è lontano (raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici o auto), ma la posizione della struttura è veramente ottima per chi, come me, deve invece recarsi ai padiglioni della Fiera di Parma/Palaverdi. Il condominio è tranquillo, sicuro e silenzioso, e la zona è ottima per la fiera. Arianna molto gentile e disponibile.

tutto perfetto, solo consiglierei di mettere un po' di viakal nel doccino della doccia, perché l'acqua esce piano a causa dei forellini otturati, però nulla che incida sulla mia valutazione complessiva...

Posto vicino alla fiera, edificio ex-ufficio, ma ristrutturato

posto molto vicino alla fiera, proprietaria cordiale e attenta. ritorneremo sicuramente! E' al terzo piano ma c'è l'ascensore, e il wifi non è lento.

Tutto... Dall'accoglienza alla tranquillità. Pulizia e dormito benissimo!!! L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere il soggiorno in totale relax e senza pensieri... Cucina attrezzata con acqua kit caffè thè...biscotti.. 😊

Camera non oscurata di notte. Zona isolata.

Spazi adeguati. Asciugamani puliti e set da bagno.

Oscuranti non funzionanti. Luce dei lampioni tutta la notte e sole dalle h 5:50. Il proprietario si è scusato per l'inconveniente ma noi abbiamo dormito malissimo e la bimba si è svegliata alle 6. La loro soluzione è stata di mettere una tendina che oscurava in modo parziale solo una delle finestre. Le altre avevano degli oscuranti rotti che una volta abbassati non tornavano sù. Altro inconveniente: la corrente è saltata mentre facevamo la doccia e cucinavamo una pasta, quindi solo un fornello accesso.

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento curato, ampio ed ottimamente arredato. Kit per il cane molto ricco (cuscino, ciotole, sacchettini, snacks e un gioco) e apprezzato, quanto inatteso.

Unica pecca un fastidioso ronzio proveniente dal corridoio che di notte si sentiva anche dentro l'appartamento. Segnalato al proprietario che ha detto avrebbe avvisato l'amministratore.
