The privacy and location
The room configuration was quirky with the bed right next to the kitchen. There was a lot of unnecessary big furniture like the TV stand with huge speakers that the space could have been utilized better so the bed wasn't next to the sink cabinets. It said it was a space for 4 people but I don't think so. The air conditioner or rugs or something in the room had a bad musty smell to it. I had to constantly spray Febreeze. Otherwise it was a clean place. The grounds were nice with the various areas, however needed maintenance bad.
