It was cozy
The stairs were very long a steep for 2 70 something people carrying our luggage up and down.

The property was so cozy and beautiful! It was absolutely perfect. The property was featured very close to the beach but still had good privacy coverage from the foliage, it had a shed with beach toys and even a cooler, it had a patio right outside the door with twinkle lights, an outdoor shower and hose set up, a bit further on the property it had another patio with some chairs, then another patio past that that had a fire pit, a wood pile, a swing, and even a basketball hoop. Our favorite part was the hammock by the covered patio by the door by the trees! The bungalow had a door in the bedroom that opened to outside with a railing set up and I loved that, it was beautiful weather the whole stay so I enjoyed having the door open early in the morning while waking up. They even provided a tic tac toe game out of starfish and sand dollars which was a cute touch. The owners had Everything you could think of available to you. Vacuum, toiletries, broom and dust pan, all kind of kitchen appliances such as cutting boards, glasses, bowls, plates, a coffee machine (you could make a pot or use a pod), and I loved that they included a Brita for filtered water to keep in the fridge!
We could not figure out how to get the lights by the patio with the fire pit to turn on but I’m sure if we messaged they would have told us, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. I do wish the hammock would’ve been able to fit two people, but I’m sure that depends on the trees. Also, some of the neighbors were a bit loud and not super respectful by slamming doors and shouting early in the morning, like before 7am. I also wish the owners would have more lighting in the front area where the parking spaces for the bungalow and bunkhouse are, seeing as it wouldn’t be visible to inside the property, but it was manageable.

Clean
Misleading description. Doesn’t say anything about it being shared yard with other animals. There is a house and 2 other tiny townhouses on the property of which you all share parking and yard space. First thing when I arrived I was jumped on by another guess’s wet dogs. You also have to cross a major street to get to the beach. Also not noted dogs are not allowed on the beaches there.
