Parking arrangements too tight.

Location was very good for my needs with easy access from the main road. Upstairs converted loft area had a great ambiance for evening chats.

Some rooms were a little stuffy on arrival. If windows had been left open would have helped.

Close to centre of town and on a bus route if you don't drive. View to town centre and the channel into the harbour. Comfortable and good sized double room with a wall of wardrobes and a mirror. Living/kitchen area comfortable and a good size. A 16" Freeview TV with internal ariel in this room is not what modern travellers expect. Suggest a smart TV would be a good investment.

Second bedroom small and with 2 x 3 ft single beds it is really not suitable for 2 adults and not very suitable for 1 adult. I would estimate room size to be a total of approximately 8 x 7 feet. There is no wardrobe or hanging space and no mirror. 1 x 3 drawer bedside table between beds and the door will only open half way as it hits the base of one bed. The upstairs (spiral) attic space has been converted as a sort of sitting room is not a habitable space in terms of building regs so can't be used for a bedroom but had been used by previous adult who was sharing the small bedroom! A 32" Freeview TV with internal ariel in this room though!!! Bathroom a bit dated.
