2 Collier Beach- Oceanfront, Dog Friendly , Private Pool, FREE Activities

The home was plenty big for our family vacation. The oceanfront location was perfect. The property was very secure and safe. The home had everything you would need to enjoy a week at Hilton Head. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with all of the essentials.

The pool area needed some TLC. The wood around the pool was dangerous in some places. I hit my toe on it and bruised it. My granddaughter also hurt her foot on it. The third floor stayed hot, as in 77 degrees hot. It would cool back down to 70 at night so that was okay. We purchased floor fans and used those to help with the warm temperatures inside the house. It was extremely hot the week we were there so that may have had something to do with it. The ceiling fan on the third floor would go on and off without anyone touching it. We honestly weren't sure where the switch to it was. Anyway, the owners may want to get that checked. There was a roach in the third floor shower as well. That was the only one that we saw, thankfully. Also, at night you could hear birds or squirrels (something) in the attic. You may want to check that out. The house was not clean when we arrived. We sent a message to Vacation Homes for a new vacuum because the one that was there did not work properly and they promptly provided us with one. We vacuumed the entire house because it desperately needed it. You may want to re-evaluate the cleaning company that you're using for this rental.
