Welcome to 65 Dune Lane! This gorgeous five bedroom, four and a half bathroom Forest Beach oceanfront home can host a group of up to ten guests.
The private pool deck area overlooks the pristine beach and ocean. A nice perk is the home offers complementary pool heat seasonally. As long as the outdoor temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through October.
This is a dog friendly home & allows up to two dogs total. The pet fee is $250 plus tax. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please reach out to our office in advance to pay the additional fee and confirm your dog.

• Private Pool: The pool is approximately 20' by 11' with a depth range of 3.5’ – 4.5’. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. The pool cannot be heated if temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay, and it is not available during the summer months. Pool heat is typically available March-May and September-October, weather permitting.

Overall, our experience here at 65 Dune Lane was great! The house is a few steps from the beach and was located very close to all of the restaurants and shops in the area. The house is beautiful inside and was a perfect size for our family. We were told our pool would be heated when we arrived. It felt chilly compared to a normal heated pool so we gave it a day to see if it would feel better. We were only there 5 days so unfortunately we spent two days out of the pool because it turned out it wasn't heated as promised when we would arrive. BUT we called the management company and they sent someone out immediately to figure out the problem. I would just make sure to confirm this is heated prior to your arrival. I would come back!

The views were wonderful and the ease of getting to the beach was great. The house was a perfect fit for our family. It was also great to be able to bring our dog. We loved the neighborhood and the shopping just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful vacation!

Absolutely beautiful property and great location. It was great having ocean front views for most bedrooms with private baths for most. Kitchen was fully equipped.
