Welcome to The Sandbox! Newly renovated and outlined with elegance in every detail, this 3-story oceanfront home is truly perfect for your next Hilton Head Island family getaway.
This home has an extremely open floor plan that allows an easy flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is well-appointed and spacious, and natural light fills every corner of the room through the large windows. There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. In the kitchen, there is plenty of walkway and counterspace to allow multiple people to cook simultaneously without feeling crowded. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and fully stocked cabinetry, and 2 refrigerators ensure that meals at home are a breeze! There is seating for 10 at the formal dining table and an additional eight bar stools in the kitchen.
The first bedroom sits on the first floor and features a king-sized bed. There is a full bathroom, complete with a single vanity and walk-in shower, outside of this room. On the mezzanine level sits the second bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom, that has a double vanity along with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. On the second floor, the 3rd bedroom features an iron queen-sized bed and boasts stunning ocean views as well as a private balcony. The private ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The 4th bedroom acts as the primary suite and features a king-sized bed, oceanside seating, and stunning ocean views from the balcony. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a makeup area, a walk-in shower, and a spa tub. The 5th bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom consisting of a double vanity, walk-in shower, and spa tub. The 6th bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds and a private bathroom complete with a shower or tub.
On the 3rd floor, you will find the remaining rooms, as well as more living space and a full kitchen! The 7th bedroom is large and features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity along with a walk-in shower and spa tub. The 8th bedroom is open and has two twin-sized beds and two trundle beds, and it also doubles as another living room! Enjoy plenty of plush seating around the TV and fireplace, and enjoy your own private balcony while you soak up the ocean views. Along with a full second kitchen, there is also a washer and dryer on the third floor.
Outside, your oceanside oasis awaits! Unwind in the private pool and spa and listen to the waves crash in the near distance as you let rest and relaxation find you. There is plenty of outdoor seating, as well as pool loungers and two outdoor tables. Just a short walk over the dunes on the private boardwalk will take you to the sandy beaches. 9 Guscio Way is an amazing property. From booking to departing, Island Time made this an extraordinary experience. There was not one complaint from any of our 14 guests. Brenda was awesome!!! And Vivian was on top of it all. Both of these ladies took care of all questions and made our stay enjoyable. I highly suggest this home and to book directly with Island Time. The location to the beach and the layout of the home were perfect for getaway. I would rebook this home or any other Hilton Head managed by Island Time.

Great place to stay for a large family gathering, plenty of space. Having 2 refrig. On the main floor and another upstairs we so helpful. The property was clean and as described. Elevator wasn’t working so taking luggage upstairs was the only down side. Staff was very responsive to any calls. Pool was clean and a perfect place to sit around.

This home and location were perfect for our family of 15. Everyone had their own bedrooms & bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked very well. Seating room for all 15 eating was great. Having the extra kitchen on 3rd floor provided snacks and an extra refrigerator for those using that space. The three refrigerators were wonderful along with 2 washers and dryers. Having a very nice pool with lots of seating and table along with such easy access for the beach provided a great deal of outdoor fun. All the balconies with nice chairs was a bonus. It would have been nice to have the elevator working for taking suitcases in/out, however an effort was made to fix it while we were there but it needed parts. Island Time Rentals were so easy to work with during the planning process. The were very responsive with phone calls and Brenda answered all our questions. We enjoyed the privacy of our location. Overall it could not have been a better family vacation. We have a lifetime of great memories!!
