NEW! Downtown Shibuya Prime Unit, Perfect location

The apartment was unlocked when we arrived, with the key located inside. While small, it has all the required amenities. I wouldn't recommend this property for someone who is tall, or big, as you won't fit in the bathroom. It is a great location, which felt really safe at night. The best meal of our trip (Katsu-don) was located not even 5 minutes away. A great location if you want to visit any little Japanese bars as well. The curtains were nice and thick, which was good as it becomes light so early in Japan during the Summer.

I was sent a guide before my arrival on how to use all the different appliances. However, these weren't actually for the products in the accommodation, so it was pretty useless. The washing machine wasn't plugged in so we had to rummage around the back to get the cord, behind all the dust and lost washing. However, even after plugging it in, it wouldn't start. No amount of looking online, or contacting the accommodation could get it fixed. The accommodation was responsive, but couldn't send anyone until the day we checked out which was useless. They really need PROPER instructions for your appliances, that are relevant for the ones at this accommodation. Even though it sleeps four, it didn't have enough crockery or cutlery for that many people i.e. 3 plates, two bowls, two drinking glasses etc. At a minimum if you are going to state you have a kitchen, cooktop, etc, you need to provide enough for how many people can sleep at the accommodation.

Mam 187 cm wzrostu i jak dla mnie mieszkanie było trochę za małe. Ale bilans ceny do jakości, to nie stanowiło to takiego problemu

Awesome location- a 20min walk to Takeshita Street, 5 minute walk to Shibuya crossing and restaurants all around. The host was very attentive and helpful through messaging.

Not much room for luggage bags. Husband’s legs hung off the end of the bed.
