Ubicacion perfecta, cerca del centro y en una calle muy tranquila y residencial. Muy fácil el check in y check out, y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y estaba muy limpio. Recomendado para pareja y no estancias de mas de 2 o 3 días por el tamaño.
En las fotos parece muchísimo mas amplio, es muy pequeño y creo que para no mas de dos personas o como mucho 3 pero un niño pequeño. El sofá cama no tenía sabanas ni almohadas para dormir. Se oía bastante ruido cuando subía o bajaba gente (solo por la mañana un par de familias que salieron, el edificio tiene muy pocos vecinos). Ibamos por trabajo y no había mesa, solo una pequeña baja. No tiene ascensor y las escaleras algo empinadas si tienes que bajar maletas que pesan.

A propriedade é bem completa, com todas as comodidades necessárias apesar da limitação espacial (normal no Japão). Tem infraestrutura de apoio próximo bem completa (estações de trem, lojas de conveniências,...).
O apartamento é pequeno, mas está dentro do esperado pro Japão. Fica um pouco mais afastado da região turística de Shibuya, mas perto de estação de trem. Mesmo pra quem gosta de fazer coisas a pé (como eu), tem que se preparar para andar um pouco. A propriedade não tem elevador, então se vier com muitas malas, suba uma de cada vez.
