The property felt very homely, and always comfortable to come back to, it was so quiet and peaceful and it felt as like a home not a hotel, the beds were really comfortable & we loved the heated flooring

The only thing i didn’t like about the property was the fact that we weren’t able to change the bins so they started to overflow

It felt very clean and was really cutely decorated. In my fav suburb in Tokyo with two gorgeous cafes across the road

I liked the location. It was very easy to check in and out. Even though it was a long walk to all train stations, it was in a nice neighborhood, so it was a pleasant walk, as there are coffee shops and stores nearby (especially appreciated the 24 hour grocery story). The building is nice, quiet, and clean with a functioning elevator. The bathroom is also a comfortable and spacious room in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with salt and oils for cooking. The beds actually provided good sleep and the bedding was comfortable.

The space is extremely tight for 4 people. I anticipated it being small, but even the pictures are deceiving. The two beds that are in the room have to be pulled out to access the closet, which requires you to walk across the beds to get to the closet, but also means that there is not any room to walk around the room once the beds are pulled out. This presents an issue as the refrigerator is awkwardly placed next to the beds and cannot be opened if the beds are pulled out. As a result of the cramped space we ended up banging our heads on the over head vent, and our feet and ankles on the bed frames, several times. Definitely left Tokyo with some scars and bandaged cuts due to the cramped and impractical layout of the apartment. We also had an issue with our wifi disconnecting every time we left the unit, which we decided to just reconnect each time. In addition, there was a delay with the trash removal from the unit, to the point where we just had to place the trash outside the tiny room. The unit is very basic in terms of amenities. The towels were rough cheap towels that literally had holes in them. What you are paying for with this room is the location.
