Well, like others said a little bit noisy outside during weekends only. That’s all.

Location good, space is big enough (not like some small hotel room which makes packing difficult ),has a washing machine.
Very noisy. My husband and i are actually ok with the noises during sleep, considering the price, we can endure this noise during only 1 week stay. We stayed up till very late (2am-3am )usually but EVERY night we heard the noise (from bar & from streets& from room next to us). Therefore, if you are the kind of person who must have a very quiet environment while sleeping, staying in this place will fuc* your entire trip since you barely can have a good sleep. Also, there's no elevator, but only 2 floors so i suppose its only a small drawback.
