Location is really good
Great location in Shibuya and the apartment was clean.
However, the hospitality was disappointing. We arrived about 1.5 hours before the 15:00 check-in and had requested early self check-in in advance, but the owner refused with no flexibility even though the property was ready. As a result, my 11-year-old son and I had to sit outside with our luggage waiting. I understand rules are rules, but a little consideration would have gone a long way.
Also, not even basic tea or instant coffee was provided. Small touches matter.
Overall, good location and cleanliness, but poor hospitality.
