立地も良く、清潔感があって過ごしやすかった。
口コミを見て行ったのだが、エアコンやWi-Fiなどの気になる口コミについては全て改善されていたと思う。
食器やマグカップなどが1つずつしかなくてちょっと困った。
部屋までの階段が少し狭く、大きな荷物は少し大変かも。

自宅リノベーション工事の最後の仕上げの数日間断水になるのもあり、便の良いレジデンスをお借りしました。鍵は一本が通常とのことでしたが、子供が医療従事者で夜勤明けに寝込んでしまい解錠出来ない恐れがあるので、親の私たちが出入りするのに鍵を2本お借りすることが出来ました。お蔭でスムーズに過ごせましたので、本当に感謝しています。改めてありがとうございました！
階段が狭目なので荷物の上げ下ろしは少し大変でしたが、共用部分より室内を広めにされているので仕方ありません。

立地的には用事がある場所からとても近かったので良かったです。アパートの一室みたいなので、ホテル感がなく過ごしやすさはありました。
到着した時に鍵が入ってなく、問い合わせてみると直前まで違う方が使っていたような感じでした。少し待った後すぐに入れましたが、不安でした。。
