It was in a good location. The small room has everything a guest needs for their stay in Tokyo, including cooking appliance and a washing machine! . It was also clean and organized.
The instructions on how to get inside the room were not precise and missing a crucial detail like the digital door handle. There was also ZERO chance of an interaction with a human being when you call the number provided in case you had a question.

Nice building, newly renovated located in beautiful suburb
Interior poorly designed. Stair wells narrow steep. Single room too small for cooking facility.
