Küçük ama modern.
302 nolu oda da klimadan ses geliyor kapı kapandığında. Çözümü odanın penceresinin açılması. İhtiyacı olan benim gibi 1/2 saat kaybetmez.

The location was good. It is close enough to subway stations and not too far away from central Shinjuku, and several other attractions nearby. The room was clean and everything worked well. No staff = no rude or bad staff.
The room is tiny on its own, and then many devices and pieces of furniture were completely unnecessary. Without them, there would be more space to breathe. For that price, you do expect more. Also, the subway, while close, wasn't in the immediate vicinity.

Everything you need is available in this appart, well located with many stations not too far
Very small room, and when you are on the thrid floor it’s very difficult to go upstairs with big luggage

Nice building, newly renovated located in beautiful suburb
Interior poorly designed. Stair wells narrow steep. Single room too small for cooking facility.
