The staff was very kind and supportive. I had to get a package and they were very attentive to assure everything went smoothly and in a perfect way. The room was big and the bed was comfortable enough.
Our room was in the basement, so the windows were tiny and there was never light from the outside. In the morning was always dark, impossible to tell what time it was. The sheets and pillows were dirty and maybe we were used to a different standards in Japan of cleanliness.
