The location was excellent. Near to food, convenience stores and buses to Shinjuku station & Shibuya. It’s considered in the city. Wifi very good.
The slope walking back and found the toilet very small. No smoking area in the whole building inside and outside. Not recommended for smokers.

Quite comfortable, the beds & pillows okay. Very close to metro station (approx 5 min walk), parks, Government Metro building & plenty of restaurants & cafes nearby.
We had 2 apartments, one is in need of an upgrade, was very tired with minimal furniture. Only a bath towel is provided, hand towels for the bathroom & a tea towel to dry dishes are needed.

The location is perfect. Just across is a beautiful park where you can run, relax or even have you child play. Near convenience stores (there were several Family Mart and 7Eleven) near by two subway stations Nishi shinjuku gochome and Tochomae.
The location is a bit hilly, so if you have a medium to large luggage then it will be a bit problem to carry on the roads going to the location.

We booked three apartments and they were all at different standards. One apartment was great, the other two were ok. Location was good (walk to Shinjuku Station) and it was fairly easy to find on arrival. Everything needed for our stay was available in the apartments (bathroom supplies, kitchen facilities, etc.).
The recycling information was a bit confusing & made me feel like we weren't separating everything correctly and would be "fined". One of the apartments had an issue with mould in the bathroom. We had three people in one of the apartments and it was probably too squishy; I'd recommend maximum two per apartment.
