Amazing location

Everything it was fantastic location, area wasn't manic busy which was a plus. Apartment was fab just perfect for our stay. Beautiful balcony and when doors closed couldnt hear a sound from below.Down the steps straight onto beach and restaurants all around us. Staff were so nice and helpful.Definitely recommend 👌

Poor, it was towards the end of the season though so maybe things would be better earlier on.

Location was beach front but above a bar which in summer would no doubt be noisy.

Most everything could have been better. There are no hosts at the property but thankfully the girl working in the bar below the apartment helped us get in on arrival, she said they had a lot of issues with guests not able to get into the apartments on arrival. The apartment is actually a fairly small room with a fridge and cramped en suite shower room. It was impossible to open the storage drawers without moving furniture around and the room is too small to do this with any success. Generally the room was clean but there were previous guests luggage labels in a drawer!. I received a response from one enquiry I made with Sun and Sea but not on any subsequent enquiries. We stayed in a few apartments during our month travelling in Croatia and this was definitely the most disappointing.

ideal location

the apartments are really located on the beach. the beach is small pebbles, the bottom is sandy, the water is exceptionally clean - the most ideal beach in the resort. but if you want variety - there are several other beaches within walking distance. you don't have to plan your trip to the sea - at any time you can go out to the embankment in a swimsuit and this is a big saving of your time. the apartments are small, but everything you need is there and most importantly a large terrace with an amazing view of the sea. a large supermarket is nearby. also the boat station is nearby and for 15 euros you can go for a walk to Dubrovnik and back. we noted many advantages for ourselves and thanks to the owners for a pleasant holiday in Croatia

On Saturday and Sunday there are more vacationers and it becomes noisier on the street. But the apartment has good soundproofing and you can just close the door to the terrace

The location is amazing for the price that we paid. The beach is in front of the apartment. Was very clean and organized. The hostess was very helpful with all our request

Good place to stay in mlini.

It is right on the beach with a better view than even the Sheraton hotel next to it. It is walkable to everything. Very central on the beach. No noise from restaurants down stairs if the door is closed.

Rooms are rather small but fine for two as there is a lovely large balcony. Hard to find and to get parking you have to go to the room to get the key and card. Same for way back.

Comfortable stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sun&Sea Residence. The room was pleasant, airy, very clean, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. The location was excellent, and the balcony with a sea view was absolutely stunning. There are restaurants and cafés nearby, so it can be a bit lively at times, but we didn’t mind at all. The host was kind and really tried to make our stay comfortable.

The bathroom was a bit small and there were no hooks for towels, which would have been helpful.

I'd definitely love to book this accomodation again on my next trip

Location is excellent, restaurants, bars, cafes, are nearby, and a short walk to the department store. If you take an Uber, you may have to walk from Sheraton (took me less than 5 mins), and the scenery along the coastline is too pretty to miss. The view from the room is unbeatable. I made this trip in April so the wind could be very strong and rainy. Also there was no one swimming in the sea, and the bar downstair was quite empty, so it's nice to sit on the balcony, though I believe it will be noisy during summer time.

The electricity in my room went down on my last day for no reason, and I only found out in the evening. Contacted the owner through Booking's chat and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciate. Although at the end I had to move to another room, I have nothing to complain, as they handled it quite well.

Cijena je zaista pristojna, s obzirom na to što sve nudi – lokacija je doslovno uz more, što nam je svaki dan činilo čarobnim. Apartman je čist, udoban i ima sve što vam treba za bezbrižan boravak. Posebno moramo pohvaliti vlasnika – izuzetno pristupačan, susretljiv i uvijek na raspolaganju za bilo kakva pitanja ili preporuke. Osjećali smo se kao kod kuće! Srebreno je mirno i idealno mjesto za obitelji s djecom – bez gužve, ali opet dovoljno sadržaja za uživanje. Povezanost s većim gradovima je odlična, bilo da se odlučite na autobus, brod ili taxi – Dubrovnik i okolica su vam doslovno nadohvat ruke. Toplo preporučujemo svima koji traže kombinaciju opuštanja, prirodnih ljepota i domaće atmosfere!

Chambre spacieuse et propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et surtout place de parking. Toutes les chambres bénéficient d'une belle vue et la nous sommes vraiment face à la mer.

A pousada fica na beira-mar em uma localização melhor do que do Sheraton Hotel, que fica atrás. Descemos do uber em frente ao Sheraton e caminhamos um pouco para chegar lá. A praia é muito linda, há vários restaurantes, inclusive um no térreo do prédio da pousada. O quarto tem uma varanda com uma vista perfeita para o mar. A pousada é modelo self-check in. As chaves ficam em uma caixinha com senha na porta de entrada. É um andar do edifício, em que foram construídas seis suítes. O quarto é bem decorado, o banheiro é bonito e novo.

Vi que algumas pessoas reclamaram do tamanho do banheiro, ele é pequeno, mas suficiente, não achei um problema. O chuveiro é excelente. Não tem secador de cabelo.

Nagyon jó volt a tengerparti szállás. Szép tiszta volt az apartman, kényelmes ágy, nagy erkély. A légkondira nem nagyon volt szükség, este kellemesen hűvös volt. Minden közel volt, a strand a ház előtt található. Kellemes az öböl, nincsenek nagy hullámok, gyönyörű tiszta a víz. A part kavicsos, a víz beljebb homokos, de nagyon kemény a talaj. Az éttermekben kb. balatoni árakon lehet kajálni, főleg pizzériák vannak a közelben. A mi kedvencünk a Tutto Bene volt. A közelben hatalmas bevásárlóközpont is van. A hajókikötő kb. 100 méterre található, ahonnan menetrend szerinti járat visz Dubrovnik óvárosának kikötőjébe. A retúr jegy 30 Euro/fő. Visszafelé is kicsit hamarabb ott kell lenni, mert a hajó kiköt, felszedi az utasokat és indul. Nem ácsorog a kikötőben. Ha hamarabb odaér, hamarabb indul vissza. Valószínűleg erre van engedélye, úgyhogy figyelni is kell.

Очень красивый номер с прекрасным видом, удобная большая кровать и подушки, есть все необходимое для проживания. Удобный паркинг рядом. Пляж очень комфортный и нет ветра! Супер!

Есть небольшое количество муравьев, была разбита одна чашка в номере и я порезалась, очень не хватает полочек в душевой и крючков в ванной! Но! Это не отменяет того, что номер и расположение супер! Небольшие мелочи!

Vue incroyable

La vue est incroyable, et la situation sur l'esplanade est juste idéale pour s'y promener. Attention toutefois au bruit qu'il peut surement y avoir en pleine été, avec l'effervescence des touristes. Pour le coup en mai c'est tout à fait acceptable, et quoiqu'il arrive, l'insonorisation de l'appartement est vraiment de bonne qualité.

Soba je krasno stilski uređena. Krevet je bio visok, širok u vrlo udoban. Dovoljno velik i tih hladnjak u sobi za piće i osnovne namjernice za hranu. Pogled na more. Vrlo susretljivi domaćini. Parking je u sklopu hotela ali blizu sobe i u cijeni sobe. Na balkonu su dvije udobne fotelje te stolić ali je ograda od tamnog stakla koje nije potpuno neprozirno ako vam je potrebna potpuna privatnost. Dovoljno velik TV.

Lijepo uređena iako možda malo skučena kupaonica. Balkon je doslovno na šetnjici iznad noćnog kluba. S obzirom da nije bila visoka turistička sezona nama nije bilo bučno ali u turističkoj sezoni bi se moglo očekivati da je pre glasno.
