Clean, comfortable room with easy access to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and the airport.

The room was spacious and we were grateful for the heating on a couple of cold nights. Towels were a little thin but plentiful and the shower was hot and powerful. Great to have a little kitchenette to make tea in the morning. Had we stayed longer, we would have used the facilities more. The host was kind and welcoming, room was cleaned on the second day and the location was great for the local beach and easy to get to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by bus or ferry. Lovely little beach just a few minutes walk down the hill.

There is very little to fault really, especially for the price! If I had to say anything it would be thicker towels and extra pillows & blankets in the room would be a bonus. There was also a strong damp smell in the bathroom that never went away, an air freshener could help. But, we loved coming back to this cozy room after a long day of exploring.

I really liked the location, it’s not in the center but really close to beautiful beaches, restaurants. You can take the bus to Dubrovnik but also Cavtat. Shops and shopping mall is really close by. The parking spots were big. Rooms were cleaned and the views are amazing. The landlord is really sweet and helpful :) If you are looking for a apartment not in the town this is amazing, highly recommended

Lovely managers, perfect location, clean and well equipped rooms, feels safe, nice & quiet. 10/10

•The managers/owners were very friendly, fun to chat with and extremely helpful. •The room was clean, comfortable, well equipped. •Kitchen was well equipped. Perfect for cooking your own meals especially if you have dietary restrictions or want to save money. •There is a Studenac Market within a minute's walk for all sorts of groceries etc so you can make use of the kitchen. (Or buy other needs) •Perfect location. Right in the middle of Dubrovnik Airport and Old Town. 10-15 minutes to each either by car or bus. Less than 10 minutes walk from various beaches, beachside restaurants, cafes and pubs. •Peaceful, calm and quiet because its not in the middle of tourist attractions, offers very good rest at night. •Decent, free wi-fi. •A very lovely terrace to just relax in after an all day of conferences or vacationing. •Great price.

Amazing clean villa, with welcoming hosts. Beaches close by, easy access by bus to Dubrovnik

The Villa is just outside of Dubrovnik, which isn’t a problem as there is , bus close to the villa and runs every hour. It’s actually nicer being out of the main town, and with the beach across the road it was perfect The owners are lovely , and so helpful. They ensured we had a pleasant stay. After travelling Europe for a month, it was the perfect way to end the holiday.

We love the location and the view. The owners were accommodating and very friendly people. Just 10 mins walking to the beach. And few meters away from a grocery store. The bus stop is just around the corner.

Very kind host but you gotta spend on transfer

It was clean and the beds were big enough. It was pleasant to have a place to cook. The host was great and very kind. The bathrooms had all the necessary amenities. It was very quiet.

Small rooms and bathrooms. The shower curtain was always got stuck to my body when I was taking shower. They don't have washing machine. It was also 10 km away from Dubrovnik the main attraction which means more money spent on transportation (not cheap). I could feel the springs on my side of the bed but my wife's side was good.

Perfect apartment for Reboot (game conference) visitors

I arrived after midnight but the staff was very flexible and nice. They waited for me and gave me the keys personally. And the apartment is literally 5 minutes from the beach.

My apartment only had one small window. Maybe a little too dark for me. But I was in Dubrovnik for a conference (Reboot 2023), so I didn't spend too much time in the apartment anyway.

The cleanliness of the room was outstanding! The perfect room for a low maintenance casual stay. The staff were extremely friendly and warm, and overall it felt worth a whole lot more than I paid.

Just two things: my room had no window. The door was the main window, so it wasn’t really easy to have privacy and natural light at the same time. Not sure if that’s generally a feature of Croatian homes, but there were times when I wanted to be able to have the door closed up but still see the sky outside. Also note that there’s no shampoo or shower soap provided - just hand soap. Easily fixed by visiting the nearby shopping mall to grab some soap, but something to be aware of.

Amazing!!

Great location! There is a bus from the airport that stops at the bus stop which is literally a minute walk from the accommodation! The small grocery shop is right there and the beach is 5 minutes away. Shoping centre is 10 minites away and the bus stop to go to old town or cable car etc is maby 2 minutes away (this is all walking distance!!). The owners are amazing! Everything is clean. The place is amazing for a couple or family. We had a great time.

Everything was great, location very close to the beach, apartments are new, luxury, clean and they have everything you need, even kitchen with new dishes, pans, cutlery, etc. This is the cleanest apartment and villa I have ever stayed. Its better than many hotels. There is a very nice big terrace with sea view and with many tables and chairs, plus every apartment has their own terrace/place for table and chairs. There is a place to park, in garage or in the front of the house. The car is in the shade, all day. The owners are friendly and helpful. They offered us home-grown vegetables. Town is also great, with nice waterfronts and zones for walking/running near the water, parks, big hotels, 3 beaches: Srebreno the closest one, plus you can walk to Mlini and Kupari. You can walk to a big shoping mall, restaurants, and Lidl is just 5 minutes of driving. Everything 10/10.

A refreshing holiday

Our holiday was perfect,the hosts were nice and helpful,the room had a lot of storage spaces,a small kitchenette with all you need for a short stay.Everything was spotelessly clean due to hardworking Marina,our host.They offered us tomatoes from their garden,which was a nice touch.I'm afraid the words are not enough to thank them.We felt like home.

A lovely, spotlessly clean apartment with perfect hosts in a beautiful location.

Helpful, friendly owners who went above and beyond. They gave us vegetables from their garden and even let us keep our room until we had to leave on the day of departure. They were always happy to chat and the terrace with sea view was beautiful. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

While it wasn’t an issue, a toaster and microwave would improve the kitchen facilities.

Wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful hosts. Apartment super clean, comfy, patio overlooking the sea and mountains and central to 2 beaches (Mlini & Srebreno) within easy walking distance. Small supermarket just down the road from apartment (Mlini) and bigger mall (Srebreno) a short walk away. Bus stop for Dubrovnik 5 minutes walk and water taxi to Cavtat 15 minutes walk away. Will definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

The hosts are amazing and helpful. The suite has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, bus stops, beautiful cristal clear beaches, and shops are within 10min distance. I'd totally recommend it!
