The hotel so good ,I want to say thank you to Mohamed who work in room service,in level 11 he is so good, kind ,helpful,he work hard cleaning well and look after the residents,another guy on the same level ,I don’t remember his name ,I think Arabic guy ,he was not good he didn’t even knock our room to ask if we need anything,always I asked him to give us toilet rolls,give me one roll and box of tissue,he know we are 4 adults on the room ,if you want to keep the tissue save,you have to visit the room daily not come to you every day to ask for tissue,the difference between him and Mohamed,he put box of water bottles so we don’t need to asked again ,another guy he not give us even one water bottle till I want out to asked will leave tomorrow can you give us water
Anyway the resepstionest not good he gave us room with 3 bed we booked Quadruple room ,so I went down again to change the room ,next day I asked him another key as we are 4 adults sometimes not able to come together,but he refused said hotel policy 😒😒😒😒

Overall, a very nice experience. It's near the Haram, a total of 5 minutes' walk, out of which 2 minutes are uphill, which is difficult for elderly people.

They said free parking its not available only for staff then breakfast free then its change rule we reach before our booking then they off the botton of cancellation and edit
