The checkin time was at 4 pm which is a bit akward. But this is a common practice at most of the hotels. We had to wait to check in as we reached early morning. We could drop our baggage and went to do our umrah. When we were back we still had to wait for checkin. But finally we could checkin 2 hours early at around 2 pm. The staffs were helpful. They tried their best to accomodate us. The room was super clean with central AC. Washroom was clean too. 3 pin power outlet is used all over Makkah. So if you are from other countries, remember to bring a 3 pin multiplug. The Makkah Bus stoppage is very nearby. But you need to have the Makkah Bus App to get the tickets and pre-purchase it. 4 Riyals on each ride. The only negative is the hotel does not offer any shuttle service so you might face difficulties reaching to Haram. Even during Ramadan, they did not offer Shuttle service while other Snood Hotels do provide Shuttle service. Also the hotel is situated on a small hill. So you have to have some strength if you are walking. During Ramadan it may be tough for some people. Not recommended for people using wheelchairs. Other than that everything is great. Restaurants are nearby like Al Tajaj, Al Baik and some Turkish and Arabian one. Also Supermarket is nearby.
