This newly built, detached studio has everything you could ask for in a home away from home!
Complete with a 65”(4K) TV, it has many additional upgrades including: luxury in floor heating, iComfort mattress, private thermostat control, AC, laundry machines, and a water softener.
The street also features trail access to several local parks and connecting trails!
The studio is a coach house / tiny house, a completely detached structure nestled in the backyard. It has a private, well lit walkway leading to the entrance, giving you a quiet place to relax with no shared walls.
You will have access to the entire studio during your stay
You will be able to check yourself in. We try to keep guest interaction to a minimum to allow you privacy during your stay. We are always available to answer questions or concerns!

The property was newer with mostly all you need. Big enough to feel comfortable. I would recommend host have at least 2 hand towels and facecloths there was enough bath towels. The pillows were pretty hard and not comfortable. I would replace the old dresser desk with a small table and 2 chairs. I would however still rate the studio a 5 star.

Had a pretty comfortable stay during a weekend in May. The bedding was comfy and we had everything we could need in the room.There were a couple things that could have made the stay better. We never got sent our access pin to enter the property before the visit which was inconvinient. We also couldn't connect to the Wifi upon arrival and I had to restart the router to get it working. No hot water upon arrival either because of a water heater error. No one had checked the property in a while since there was garbage along the walkway from an animal trying to get in. Hope the next guests can enjoy the property's full potential
