Lots of spots to sit for different tasks throughout the apartment. Between cooking, eating, reading, watching movies and doing my nails, I enjoyed them all. Owner was also very responsive to messages. And I loved walking through the park and into the shopping district.

There is need to indicate in your post on this website that the room is in a basement and a door be installed in room for more privacy.
