Kitchen was complete, excellent washer and dryer, clean floor, everything walking distance, but smoke detectors were problem they go off without reason in the middle of the night, we also see very tiny mouse

First the good. The place was clean and the layout was good. Now the bad. The listing was misleading as it did not have the two bathrooms as advertised. It is also a basement, though luckily the people above were very quiet. The floor was quite cold but the place was otherwise warm. The majority of the windows did not have curtains which left the windows open to the neighbours or anyone in the back yard. Also the kitchen was missing a couple key items like a toaster and a coffee maker but everything else worked well. I was also not able to get the door lock to work but the owner had also provided me with the lock box for a physical key.
