I liked the place very much, clean ans organized. Location is great.
I didn't like the check-in process. It felt sketchy and not convenient at all. You have to pay $100 deposit, and you have to pick up the key from a completely different location.

The facility in the unit is good with microwave, dish washer, washer/dryer, and so on. The location is very good.
The dining table is too small. It needs a soft chair. The bathroom even does not have a toilet holder. The closet in the bedroom needs a cloth container. The circuit-breaker in the living room broke under a small electric usage. If these problems can be improved, it would be a very good place to stay.
