About this villa rental
Wake up to the tranquil sounds of the rainforest and take in the amazing views from the verandahs. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and spend the day visiting the many beautiful beaches and waterfalls nearby.
Have lunch in the excellent restaurants of the historic town of Paraty and return back to your beautiful house to enjoy a traditional Brazilian barbecue in the garden watching the many hummingbirds playing amongst the flowers or, later on, staring at the amazing night sky and finally letting the gentle sounds of the rainforest lull you into a relaxing and tranquil nights sleep.
At the bottom of the hill is the small fishing village of Praia Grande where you can buy the freshest fish to cook or just enjoy the fabulous restaurants on the two beaches if you're feeling lazy. There are many other great beaches and waterfalls a short drive away including Praia São Gonçalo and the waterfall at Grauna.
For the more active and adventurous we can help you organize boat trips, sea kayaking and many other activities. If you're looking to relax we can provide an on site massage service. Having been in Paraty for ten years we can give many recommendations for restaurants and other places to visit some off the typical tourist trail.
The main house and chalets are furnished to high standard using mainly mid-century furniture, glassware and ceramics brought from the UK and mixed with contemporary Brazilian artisanal pieces.
The property being separated as it is into two adjoining chalets and the main house gives plenty of privacy whilst still enabling large groups of friends or family to stay together. We offer a relaxed vibe with great service and can provide a sumptuous breakfast. Many herbs and fruits are available to use from our garden if you feel like cooking in the well provisioned kitchen or on the outdoor barbecue.
