This property was PERFECT for our family the setup was wonderful! The kitchen amenities could use a few upgrade, mainly just extra bowls for saving leftovers we called all meals at the house and had leftovers every night, and just some more cooking utensils. The grill was great and you had all the tools needed to use it. We also never located a pair of scissors but we might have not looked in the right places but we actually needed them on several occasions to cut liners out of swimsuits for my boys. I don't belive the previous people who stayed put away all thr beach gear properly, which I am very particular about because people are allowing us to use their items they purchased. We had all we needed though! The pool was wonderful for getting off the beach during hot times of the days and was perfect for my kids! Thr neighborhood is very quiet and calm and we felt great staying there. The outside shower was such a nice bonus for washing the beach off after a long day! The info book needs a little updating but overall we would absolutely stay there again!! The owners were so very kind when we had a snafu on checking in and very apologetic but we are very easy go with the flow people and know things will never go perfectly on vacation!! We LOVE the little pink house, hunting lizards, seeing all the iguanas and the super short walk to the beach! Thank you soo much for allowing us to enjoy your home during our vacation we have already sent the booking link to several friends!!

Our stay was wonderful. They were helpful and responsive the whole time. House is comfortable and nice and had everything you might need. A short walk to beautiful beaches and lots of shark teeth and clean cool pool to play in when you are wore out from the beach! We would definitely stay again!

The beach house was beautiful, spacious, quiet and serene. A three minute walk to the beach, and less than that to the dock. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee, sharing a meal, enjoying a book or taking a nap! Thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The beach house is beautifully decorated, well taken care of. Excellent coffee/ Keurig maker, quality pots, pans etc., plenty of bedding & pillows, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas.
