Within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants as well as Stump Pass Beach State Park, this unit offers everything you need for your beachfront vacation. This beach vacation rental has amazing panoramic views of the gulf. Separate lanai off of great room, master bedroom, second bedroom and dining room.
1800 square feet under roof. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry & Wi Fi. There is a large screen flat panel TV in the great room and each bedroom. The unit is within walking distance of restaurants.
If parking is tight on the main property for your vehicle, we can accommodate oversized and any sized vehicles at our sister property next door. Plenty of space and parking available. You are allowed to bring more than one vehicle as well.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: We have provided the minimum essentials to get you started. Anything else you may need during your stay; the nearest Publix and Walmart is less than 10 minutes away from the property
CHECK-INS: All check-ins are a self check-in process. For security purposes, access instructions will be sent to you the day of your arrival through Vrbo messaging. Thank you.
EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM EST (or afterwards). If you need the property prior to check-in time, please be made aware that early check-ins cannot be confirmed or guaranteed until the day of your arrival.
CHECKOUT: All checkouts are at 10 A.M. Please strip the sheets, clean your dishes and throw away all garbage prior to departure. Thank you.

Welcome to Manasota Key, from the north tip of the island to the south, this quant 11 mile island is picture perfect “old Florida”. This island is unique in which half is in Sarasota County and the other half is Charlotte County. It consists mainly of Englewood Beach in Charlotte County, Florida and is part of the Punta Gorda Metropolitan.
MANASOTA KEY BY MORNING
In the mornings head out your front door and down to the beach where you will find dolphins and other sea creatures making an early morning appearance. Or enjoy a quick bike or car ride to sightsee around the island and find yourself breath taken by the unique layout of the island.
MANASOTA KEY BY AFTERNOON
There are great restaurants on the Key with daily food and drink specials. For a quick drive off the island, enjoy a delicious lunch at Farlows on the Water. One of the best in the area!

We had such a great time at your home. It was easy access to the beach with chairs available to use. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Manasota Keys is such a lovely location with so many little restaurants and fun bars. We all had a much needed relaxing mini vacation. Hope yo return again soon!! Thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed in a beautiful unit with a good space, super clean and great views. This beach trip was so much fun. We went for shark tooth hunting, and all of us combined for two days found about 500 teeth.

Upon arrival,parking was fine didnt have an issue with it, we were in a Pacifica with roof rack for reference.It did take a minute but very doable.Upon entering the condo had an odd smell, dirty towel was left in laundry and 2 clean towels in dryer.The tile was cracked in kitchen. One seat at bar had vinyl peeled off. Kids sat on couch and noticed dust "poofed" off of it,like it hadnt been cleaned in vacuumed in a long time.The refrigerator has a vlock of wood screwed to the ice & water dispenser, there was no ice until we turned it on and a trashcan was inside to catch the ice.The microwave had spray glue holding the handle on.Upon entering the room where the kids were staying, walls were dirty looking, outlet covering the plug ins one was completly off & the other was hanging loose, not giod for the kids room.We had to put an air mattress down for a little one,so we moved one of the beds over and noticed that.We had 6 people and only had 6 bath towels,so I did a towel load everyday.The headboard in the Master was barely attached.The sheer curtain in bathroom is not good for nighttime.I tried to run the dishwasher 3 different times and the washer would say clean and the dishes never were.With 6 people and cooking that's not what I signed up for.I notified the day before we left & they sent a person out who said, no this definitely isnt working.So I got to handwash with no sponge only a brush for days on my vacation.This place could be much better w/a little updates.
