My family has stayed in the Manasota area for years. This house checked all the boxes for our family. We have a boat , dog, kids and grandchildren. It was perfect for our family gathering. The hosts were quick to respond. We are looking forward to booking for next year.

House was as described, if you’re looking to be on the bay, great house and screened in porch is a must during summer! The only issue we had was using the private beach, we were there maybe 15 mins just walking around checking out beach and the staff at the island beach house weren’t very nice and harnessed us about the private beach asWeWere Leaving stating we could use walk way but had to go down to public beach. Owner was quick to respond when we informed them. Better off to drive to public beach or stump pass both aren’t bad drives. Overall great area and house.

This house had everything you could possibly need to enjoy time near the beach or on the water. The rooms were very clean, kitchen well stocked, hot tub super enjoyable! The best part: Location location location!! We were in town to fish and got to the marina in 15 minutes, super easy. On days off from our charters, we enjoyed the kayaks and dock. Very close to the local tiki bar restaurants and we liked Stumpy’s Free Ride! We’ll be back!!!
