Island Oasis on Manasota Key- Steps to both Gulf & Bay Access, Heated Pool

The house is spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable with several pillows. The kitchen is well appointed and had all we needed to cook several meals together. There were plenty of towels and linens. The air conditioning worked better than most places we have stayed in Manasota Key. It did not struggle in the mid day heat, it stayed the correct temperature all day. The pool was clean and the whole family enjoyed it daily. The walk to the bay is very short and the dock is great for fishing. We had a friend stop by with his boat and dock briefly. It isn't super boat friendly but we managed fine. The beach is eroding in that area and the walk is longer from the house to the ocean, but it was doable. We walked down the beach a little and were able to find a good spot. I assume they will likely refurbish that area soon. The garage was nice to have and full of stuff to use at the beach and there was plenty of parking. We only had two cars but even that has been an issue at some places we have stayed and this house has the garage plus several outside spaces. We stayed with my parents and our two teenagers and the house had plenty of space for all of us. The grill is by the pool and very convenient. Nice outside seating. The manager was extremely helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Big, comfortable house with plenty of things to use inside and outside of the home - all of the amenities! The pool and hot tub are wonderful to unwind in after a day on the easily accessible beach! Highly recommend!

This was a spacious, comfortable home. The kitchen had every amenity you could possibly need and all the other rooms are comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with a comfortable lanai and patio table. It us a short walk to the beach and quiet and peaceful. We had a couple of small issues and the host was extremely responsive and concerned. She was additionally very flexible in our stay dates I would definitely recommend and use this rental in the future.

Location to beach was great! Owners response time was great and eager to help. The home was very roomy. It could use a little TLC and deep clean but this would not prevent me from coming back. We had a great time with grandkids! Thank you for sharing your home!
