The Haus Seeluft Vacation Rental 1 (SL01) is located in a prime spot in Cuxhaven, right on the North Sea and just about 10 meters from the fine sandy beach. The apartment is situated on the mezzanine level of a three-story building and offers 24 m² of thoughtfully furnished space, providing pleasant comfort for solo travelers, couples, and small families alike. The combination of modern hardwood flooring in the living and sleeping areas, a functional layout, and numerous amenities creates a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
The living area is cleverly designed and features a comfortable armchair, a dining table, a flat-screen TV (35–44 inches, cable connection), a radio, and free Wi-Fi. Blackout curtains on all windows ensure privacy at all times. A safe is available for storing your valuables.
The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for self-catering: You’ll find a 2-burner stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Dishes, silverware, and other kitchen utensils are provided, ensuring flexible and convenient meal preparation.
The bathroom is functionally designed and features a shower with a tub, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, and a hair dryer. For longer stays and added comfort, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. An ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner are also provided. A clothes rack makes it easy to dry clothes in the apartment.

A building next to Haus Seeluft was recently demolished. Demolition work has now been fully completed. As of now, construction on the new building is expected to begin toward the end of summer 2026. Completion of the new building is currently scheduled for spring 2028.
