Parkbuchten in der Tiefgarage ein bisschen eng, Fahrradraum im Keller auch sehr klein, dürfte eventuell ein zweiter angelegt werden. Ansonsten war alles super und in Ordnung, Wohnung war sauber, alles was man so braucht war da es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und kommen gerne wieder. 👍👍

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es war soweit alles vorhanden, was man für ein verlängertes Wochenende braucht. Die Lage war super, sehr zentral und ruhig. Würden wir weiter empfehlen

... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist nur ein Katzensprung bis zum Strand, wir hatten vom Balkon sogar seitlichen Meerblick. Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😊

Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen. Allerdings sind wir Nichtraucher und es handelt sich - anders als beschrieben - nicht um eine NICHTRAUCHERWOHNUNG. Bei jedem Betreten der Wohnung riecht es unangenehm wie in einer Wohnung, die zuvor einmal zum Rauchen freigegeben war. Auch findet sich ein Aschenbecher in der Kommode im Flur. Dieser Geruch war auch kein frischer Rauch, sondern hängt in der Wohnung.
