About this apartment rental
This beautiful one-room vacation apartment with a cozy French bed is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The approximately 30 m² non-smoking one-room apartment is located in the heart of Cuxhaven-Duhnen, not far from the beach and the boardwalk.
The apartment is on the first floor of the Elisabeth apartment building and is accessible by elevator from the mezzanine level.
A small hallway leads to the bathroom with shower and the living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchenette.
The living/sleeping area is furnished with a couch, TV, queen-size bed (140x200 cm), and a radio. The built-in kitchenette includes, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small ceramic cooktop, and a microwave.
Another amenity is the large, south-facing glassed-in balcony, which is perfect for relaxing. From the shared rooftop terrace,
you can conveniently park your car in the building’s courtyard in the parking space reserved for you. Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment. Please note that there is a restaurant in the basement of the Elisabeth building.
The balcony faces south.
Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. – Return keys to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
